Osteopathy New Patient
During this appointment I will take an in-depth case history, I will assess you (you may be asked to remove some items of clothing at this time) including your posture, movement, and perform orthopaedic special tests. We will discuss your treatment options together and proceed with treatment if safe to do so. I will then show you some exercises that you can do in your own time to aid your recovery.

Osteopathy Follow Up
During this appointment we will chat about your progress and symptoms, I will re-assess you including posture and movements. I will re-do the orthopaedic special tests to ascertain changes, and then proceed with treatment. I may introduce some new exercises into your routine after your follow up treatments.
